Okay, guys... two more classes before the final exam and we've got a lot to do.
Here is the schedule:
Today (11/23): Real and unreal if-clauses; wish (handout)
Monday (11/28): Chapter 9 (comparatives), review ch. 12 (adjective clauses) and review if/wish (handout)
Wednesday (11/30): Test #4/Review for final exam
Monday (12/5): FINAL EXAM
Test #4 will cover: Ch. 9, Ch. 12, if and wish
Final exam will cover: EVERYTHING (verbs, modals, passive, gerunds and infinitives, noun clauses and reported speech, adjective clauses, if-clauses and wish)
Over the weekend I suggest that you review for test #4. Although we haven't looked at chapter 9 in class yet, I want you to read through the chapter and I will review with you on Monday. Bring your questions on if/wish and adjective clauses for Monday's review.
NOTE: So far we have had 21 grammar exercises on the blog. There will be a few more. This is 10% of your grade. You can still get credit for #20- the end, so I recommend that you complete those.
